RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING
KIDHEAD accepts returns and exchanges for regular-priced items within 14 business days from purchase date for any reason. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items must be returned in the same original condition, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. A separate shipping fee is applied for returns and exchanges.
All orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after purchase. International orders will take 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled. KIDHEAD is not responsible for VAT charges for customs clearance and lost or stolen shipments.
